Shipping Methods and Time
Here are some of our shipping practices:
- All orders shall be processed and shipped within 24 – 48 hours from Monday to Friday only Excluding Public Holidays
- Cancellations shall be made within 12 hours upon placing your orders
- We are not open on weekends and public holidays
- In order to track your parcels, please refer to your email for tracking details. Contact us if you cannot find it.

During Peak Season or Special Events, the transit period may be delayed to more than 5 business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is any significant delay in the shipment, our team will contact you immediately via email, messages or call. Thank you for your understanding.
Missing or Lost Package
Please inform us immediately if you found out that your package is missing or lost during the transit. Our team will further the investigation and update you as soon as possible.
